1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the relationship between Klimeňko Valeria, IČO: 21630321, located in Prague, Czech Republic (the "Provider"), and the client ("Client") regarding the provision of marketing services through https://iuntsevich.cz.

2. Services Provided
The Provider offers the following services:

• One-page websites — built using one of 200 ready-made templates.
• Multi-page websites — comprehensive solutions for business presentation.
• Online stores — e-commerce sites with CRM integration.
• Advertising setup — targeted and contextual ad campaign management.
• Social media management (SMM).
• SEO promotion.
• Development of logos, banners, menus, business cards.

3. Ordering Process
3.1. Clients may place an order via the website or by contacting the Provider directly.
3.2. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by the Provider.

4. Payment Terms
4.1. Prices are listed on the website and are VAT exclusive.
4.2. Payment is made via bank transfer based on an issued invoice.
4.3. The payment term is 2 (two) calendar days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified.

5. Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Provider agrees to deliver services professionally and on time.
5.2. The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials.

6. Liability
6.1. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of delivered services.
6.2. In case of delay, the Client is entitled to request a reasonable discount.

7. Personal Data
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
8.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations.
8.3. In case of impossibility of reaching agreement through negotiations or in the claim procedure, disputes are resolved in court at the location of the defendant.
