The cost of AI product visualisation depends on the material you need at the end. A conceptual scene, an image of a real product with an accurate label, and an advertising layout with several adaptations involve different amounts of work.
Compare proposals by their final deliverables and quality requirements. The number of generations does not tell you how many images will be usable in a catalogue or advertisement.
Clarify what the supplier counts as one image: a new scene, another angle, a background variation or a finished file at a particular size.
For example, six independent scenes and six exports of one scene are different tasks. Separately record the number of products, packaging variants, language versions and placements.
Define what qualifies as finished. For a product page, this could mean a recognisable product with verified included components and accurate text. For a conceptual visual, it means matching the topic and approved style.
Preparing source materials. Checking photographs, separating the product from its background, and preparing labels and brand files. Missing materials may require additional photography. Required inputs are covered in the article on preparing a product for AI visualisation.
Developing a direction. Choosing the composition, setting and visual rules, and preparing a trial result. For a series, approve a reference image first; the process is explained in the article on consistent AI visuals.
Generation and selection. Producing options, assessing their suitability and selecting a basis for finishing. Dozens of intermediate results do not equal dozens of finished images.
Retouching and compositing. Correcting details, working on edges, shadows and reflections, and adding accurate elements from source files. Clarify whether these tasks are included in the package.
Adaptation and export. Preparing agreed formats, cropping, placing copy and logos where needed, and checking final files.
Services used, paid assets and additional tasks are accounted for according to the proposal. If payment depends on working time or the number of iterations, agree on a budget limit and the process for changing it.
Transparent and reflective surfaces, complex geometry, small text and several products in one frame can require more attention. Keeping a product's appearance consistent across different scenes is a separate challenge.
Accuracy requirements must be specific: which details cannot change, which source materials will be used for comparison and who approves the result. “It must look realistic” is not sufficient for acceptance.
Sometimes product photography or combining a photograph with a new setting better suits the task. Selection criteria are covered in “AI Product Images or Product Photography”.
Imagine a project requiring six independent images of one product, with two additional adaptations of each. To illustrate the structure, we use hypothetical rates:
Total: €330 for six main images and twelve adaptations.
This is a hypothetical estimate, not a market benchmark or an iuntsevich.cz price list. It assumes suitable source materials, an approved visual direction and a known retouching scope. Additional photography, complex compositing or a concept change will require a separate estimate.
A new composition may cost more than a simple export. The differences are explained in the article on adapting creatives for placements.
To obtain an estimate for AI visual content, provide photographs, packaging files, a scene list and output requirements. Check current packages on the service page and record the full scope of your project in an individual proposal.
